The villa has 4 bedrooms w/ private ensuite bathrooms and a 5th bedroom with 4 single beds. There are 3 half baths - one on each floor. this unique property is located on placencia caye, which is just a few hundred yards from the center of placencia village, overlooking the caribbean sea and amazing maya mountains views!
the covered rooftop deck is a fantastic place to hang out Cool off in the amazing rooftop pool or have a drink at the large built-in bar and entertainment area as you enjoy the amazing sunsets. You might catch a glimpse of a manatee floating around nearby! You can have the best of both worlds with the security and privacy of being on a private island yet only a 2-minute boat ride to the center of Placencia Village.
